1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this service you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not use the service. Continued use of the service after any modification to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Accounts and Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

  • Wallet credentials — you are solely responsible for safeguarding your Solana wallet private keys. We never have access to your private keys.
  • Email credentials — you are responsible for the security of any email account linked to this service.
  • Unauthorized access — you must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
  • Accuracy — you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using the service.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features of the service are available only under a paid subscription.

  • Payment processing — all payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
  • Billing cycle — subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) as selected at checkout. Your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
  • Cancellation — you may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Upon cancellation your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which no further charges will be made.
  • Refunds — unless required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable. Prorated credits may be applied when changing between subscription tiers.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its related systems.
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or any other harmful or disruptive code.
  • Conduct automated attacks such as brute-force attempts, credential stuffing, or denial-of-service attacks.
  • Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Use the service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair its infrastructure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these prohibitions.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
